Privacy Policy

As we witness a series of leakages of personal information held by corporations, it has become vital in our society to take control measures to prevent information leakage and tampering. To meet these social demands, NEC Soft has formulated the system to protect personal information and has been qualified by Japan Information Processing Development Corporation(JIPDEC) to show PrivacyMark since December 1999.
All executives and employees (regular and contract employees) of NEC Soft share common understanding of the following "NEC Soft privacy policy" besides complying with the associated laws and the Japan Industrial Standard (JIS) Q15001 "Personal information protection management systems-Requirements" to ensure the safe management of personal information we collect from customers.

NEC Soft considers (referred to NEC Soft hereinafter) appropriate protection and management of personal information as our social responsibility. We establish, implement and maintain the following privacy policy:

Given our organizational structure, NEC Soft appoints an administrative manager to every department that handles personal information and appropriately obtains, uses and provides personal information as stipulated in the Japan Industrial Standard (JIS) Q15001:2006 "Personal information protection management systems-Requirements." Specifically, we take appropriate measures to prevent personal information from being used beyond the extent necessary for us to fulfill the specified purposes.
NEC Soft observes laws, government guidelines and regulations pertaining to handling of personal information.
NEC Soft makes efforts to prevent leakage, loss and damage of the personal information we handle and to improve problems by taking necessary and appropriate security measures.
NEC Soft accepts and appropriately responds to complaints and inquiries about our handling of personal information and personal information protection management system.
NEC Soft makes ongoing efforts to upgrade and improve our personal information protection management system including this policy.
